Favorite thing about working at the Academy: “The students are incredible and do an excellent job in demonstrating what it means to be a mini-Mountaineer. They can write amazing stories, are very intelligent, and really enjoy coming to school each day to see their teachers. The staff is very welcoming, supportive, and willing to do whatever they can to ensure that they are reaching their students. It’s a great learning community.”

Fun Fact: “I gave birth to full-term, healthy twin girls that were 8.5 and 9.5 lbs, respectively. The doctors and nurses kept commenting about how huge they were, and they are still the tallest in their class.”
