This open house is designed for educators, administrators, and thought leaders who want to reimagine education. A specific focus will be on how we've redesigned our educator workforce by implementing a strategic staffing model, which includes moving to a four-day instructional week.

What is a strategic staffing model?
Strategic staffing models are focused on reimagining the educator workforce. They are designed to restructure school staffing models by moving to team-based structures to reduce educator burnout and isolation while improving job satisfaction, retention rates, and student outcomes.
